Strong, experienced management team available to mentor at every level of the Contact Center. This is the only downside. Nice people until they get into management. Pros During my first 5 years as a Sales Rep, I had the opportunity to work with some of the most talented and appreciative co-workers and managers in the business. In addition, there are commissions paid for successful up-sells and sales calls. However, when I discussed my reason for leaving at the interview this time, I was quickly ushered to the elevator and given no idea as to when I might be notified of a follow up to the interview.

The process took 2 weeks. Round 1- phone screening by in-house recruiter Round 2- phone interview with HR Directors Round 3- in person interview did not make it this far The first round was easy, questions about you and explanations of the job. The second round stalled because the interviewers were just reading off the job description without understanding the context behind why one would perform a particular task.
In this case, I was prepared to explain how I used data analytics to create and revise marketing campaigns in order to improve results. The HR directors just wanted to know how many reports I had created and what tools I used to create those reports.
It's like being an athlete and training to enter a contest or make a team, and the HR director thinks the job is to work out for the sake of working out. I was offered 2 positions, then the recruiter stopped returning my messages after I was rejected for 1 of them without telling me when I could discuss the other position. I interviewed at Nutrisystem in January Phone screening and then an in person interview about a week later. In person interview took about 2 hours consisting of seeing 5 people who all asked the same questions, mostly about my experience.

Phone screen first, then face to face. I liked that I only had to come once to interview with all interviewers instead of having to come on multiple days. If you are over 40 years or older don't bother interviewing. They were very positive and polite while I was there, but never offered me the position.
Been there done this too many times before at various youth-oriented only companies. They never even e-mailed me to tell me I didn't get the job, which I thought was indicative of their true nature. I took the time to write thank you letters for the interviews,so they can send me an e-mail letting me know my status.
The staff and people seemed pleasant, so I can only assume since my qualifications, background and interviewing skills are impeccable that if you are under 40 give it a shot. We don't have a lot of time with the contact center sales, customer service, retention, etc. There is a little bit of a gap between the floors and sometimes it feels as if there are some serious alliances between the floors, but some of that is circumstantial.

Feedback from various employee surveys identified the ability to help people, as a top motivating factor of the job. In order to be available for our customers, we are open 7 days a week and all counselor schedules do include working one weekend day.
